By downloading or using Reclaim, you agree to these terms. They're written to be readable, not to trap you in fine print.

Using the app

Reclaim is a personal time tracking app. You may use it for any lawful personal purpose. You may not:

Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or tamper with the app
Use the app to collect data about other people without their knowledge
Use the app in any way that violates applicable laws

Your content

The activity names, notes, and data you enter belong to you. We don't claim any ownership over your content. We store it only to provide the service to you.

You're responsible for the content you enter. Don't enter anything you wouldn't want stored on a server, even though we protect it carefully.

Accounts

You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You're responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately.

You may delete your account at any time from within the app. We have no obligation to retain data after deletion.

Free and Pro features

Reclaim's core features are free. Pro features, if offered, will be clearly marked and require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are handled through Apple's App Store or Google Play. Refund requests are subject to their respective platform policies.

Availability

We aim to keep Reclaim available and working well, but we can't guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time. We'll give reasonable notice for significant changes.

Disclaimer

Reclaim is provided "as is." We make no warranties about its fitness for any particular purpose. We are not responsible for decisions you make based on data shown in the app.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the app is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $10, whichever is greater.

Changes to these terms

If we make material changes, we'll notify you inside the app. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of the United States.
